Welcome to Big Brother: Veto Rules! This should be a fun game full of twists and turns, but I know you will all enjoy it. It is different than a normal Big Brother game, but I will be sure to explain everything to the best of my ability and never be afraid to ask questions! The only questions I won't answer are what the vetoes do, so don't ask 
I think the best way to go about the game is just to do it, so we're just going to start!
The first HoH is called "Election Day" and is quite simple. In your confessionals, you will create a thread titled "HoH 1" or something of the sort. You will post which houseguest you would like to be President and which houseguest you'd like to be Vice President. President is worth 5 points, VP is worth 3. The person with the highest amount of points will become the very first HoH of the game!
Now, throughout the game you will have the opportunity to buy vetoes. You do this by earning points. These are different points than the ones that are being used in the HoH challenge. If you become the HoH, you get 20 points! For this specific challenge, if you are the VP, you get 10 points. The speaker of the house (the person who is 3rd) gets 5 points. Plus, just turning in the challenge gets you 5 points!
You may buy a veto at any time, however it must be purchased BEFORE the Golden Veto has been used (or not used) if you want to use it that round. There will be more on that when we get to that point.
For now, I've given you enough information to get started on the game. Remember, create a new thread in your confessional and vote for your president and vice president. You have until 11:59pm CST Thurs. to complete this. (No, most challenges will not be this timeframe.)
The schedule will look something like this:
Now-Midnight Thurs: HoH 1
10pm CST Friday: Veto Challenge Posted
around 9pm CST Saturday: Veto Results
9pm CST Sunday: Golden Veto Ceremony
about 10pm CST Tuesday: HoH 2
