Welcome to the 3rd Nomination Ceremony!!

I first would like all of you to know that this was a very difficult decision, especially since my options were cut in half for potential nominee's. It's early in the game, and I still have not spoken to a few of you that much, and this is what I'm basing my nominations off of. Not because I dislike anyone, but based purely on who I have spoken with the least. With that being said; I will now pull the first key.
